  • 1 Platform/ 1 Account

  • 4-5 Feed Posts Per Week, 12 Story Posts Per Week (enough footage to edit and create with must be provided)

  • Editing, trending sound research, competitor market research, caption copy, hashtag research + strategy, profile SEO optimization and 1-Hour of community engagement, DM management & responding (VSBC Must have access/ be logged in to receive these services)

  • (1) Content Day (1.5 hour shoot) a month can be added on for $200+tax more/month

  • Subscription includes access to the VSBC Client Portal and Access to the VSBC Client App

Content Retainer Plan

6 or 12 month terms

  • 2-Content Days per month = 5 Hours Max // 2.5 hour shoots

  • Split the hours as you see fit (subject to shooter availability)

  • Unused days can be rolled over to consecutive months BUT must all be used within the (4) month term otherwise, unused days are forfeited and lost

  • Flexible dates, times, locations, will drive out to you, high quality video and image footage, receive all raws AND edits (no limit on either), shooting on both HQ camera AND iPhones, will occasionally include a second shooter (per availability)

  • Subscription includes access to the VSBC Client Portal and Access to the VSBC Client App

Administrative

Admin Plan

Retainer + Additional Hours

  • Pay a Monthly Retainer fee and if you need more time, pay for my services on an hourly logged basis for any administrative services, booking management/ schedule management, customer service/email management, vendor research and follow-ups, market research etc.

  • No terms, on a month to month basis.

  • Client receives a time log sheet at the end of each cycle to track hours/ time spent on each task

  • Monthly Admin Subscriptions include access to the VSBC Client Portal, Access to the VSBC Client App, Monthly Time Sheet Productivity Reports and Priority Meetings

  • Retainer Price Good Through 12/31/2024: $500 USD+tax for 10-Hours, any additional hours will be billed at +$55/Hour

  • Additional Hours for the month are billed by the 25th and payment due by 1st of each month.

Website Design Package

1-Time Fee + 1 Year Care

  • This package includes website creation, design and migration.

  • Please Note: If there are any fee's incurred by the Website Host for subscriptions, domains, upgrades etc, the Client will be responsible for paying these fee's themselves.

  • All requests and tasks need to be agreed upon before payment, any additional requests not agreed on will have a separate fee.

  • Price includes 1-Year Care if anything needs updating, is no longer working, etc.

Bookkeeping

One-Time or Monthly Plan

  • We offer a comprehensive solution to clean up your monthly books from January 1st to March 31st, 2024, for a one-time fee.

  • For ongoing support, we offer a convenient monthly subscription service to continue managing your books. As part of this subscription, we also handle the filing of your GE Tax Reports through the Hawaii Department of Taxation website, ensuring compliance and peace of mind. Let us handle the numbers, so you can focus on growing your business with confidence.

  • Monthly cleanup is on a (3) month minimum commitment term.

  • Client is responsible for setting monthly meetings to go over their current books for the month.

  • All subscriptions include access to the VSBC Client Portal, Access to the VSBC Client App, Secured Storage of Data and Priority Meetings.
